In one paragraph
Doodle Musou is a 3D cartoon action game where you fight with a weapon you drew yourself. Your lines on a notebook-style canvas become a 3D weapon whose real hit area comes from the shape you drew. Sweep the doodle monsters swarming in from every side, and compete in a Daily Challenge whose results the server recomputes from your inputs.
What players do
- What you draw is what you hit. Longer reaches farther but swings slower; thicker hits harder but feels heavier; scribbling over the same spot adds nothing.
- Shapes give traits. Draw a hooked barb on a sword and enemies it catches are carried along the swing and flung off; saw teeth make enemies stagger longer and break shields faster; a sharp tip makes tip hits critical.
- Nine weapon types, each with its own special move: sword, hammer, boomerang, spear, bow and flail are free; gun, axe and bazooka unlock in the Shop.
- A horde from every side. Drag to move, attacks are automatic, dodge, and hold Charge for 1 to 3 seconds to release the special. Phases climb up to 100; enemies level up as phases rise (1.0.1 added 10 new enemy types), and each phase drops heal, speed and attack-speed items.
- Daily Challenge. Same rules and time for everyone. The server replays your inputs and only results it recomputes reach the leaderboard. Tap a record to see how that weapon performs; the drawing itself is never shown.
- Play your way. Start from an example or the default weapon if you can't draw; a detailed workshop offers pen sizes, an eraser and hit zones. Three slots per weapon type, saved on the device.
Facts for accuracy
- Contains ads (Google AdMob; a consent form is shown where required). "Remove Ads" turns off full-screen ads; rewarded ads only play when the player chooses to watch.
- In-app purchases: new weapons, color packs, hero skins, boosters, potions, extra weapon slots and Remove Ads. Boosters and potions work in normal battles only, not in ranked play.
- Normal battles work offline; the Daily Challenge needs an internet connection.
- Guest play: no sign-up, and the app never asks for a name, email, location or free-text nickname. Leaderboard nicknames are auto-generated.
- Accessibility options: sound and music volume; vibration, screen shake, flash effects and damage numbers can be turned off; left-handed layout; adjustable camera distance; 30 fps battery-saver or 60 fps. No text-size or screen-reader support yet.
- Combat is cartoon-style with no blood: hits show ink splats, paper confetti and stars.
