이용약관 — 낙서무쌍

1. 서비스

낙서무쌍(이하 '앱')은 직접 그린 무기로 싸우는 게임입니다. 앱을 설치하거나 이용하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 개인정보 처리는 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.

2. 게스트 이용

회원가입 없이 게스트로 이용하며, 기록과 구매 내역은 기기에 저장됩니다. 앱 삭제·기기 변경·기기 데이터 초기화 시 기기에 저장된 무기·아이템은 복구되지 않을 수 있습니다. 비소모성 상품(새 무기, 컬러 팩, 스킨, 보관함 칸, 광고 제거)은 같은 스토어 계정에서 '구매 복원'으로 되찾을 수 있습니다.

3. 유료 상품

유료 상품은 Google Play / App Store에서 결제되며, 가격은 스토어에 표시된 금액을 따릅니다. 환불은 각 스토어의 환불 정책에 따릅니다. 소모성 아이템(부스터, 회복약)은 사용하면 사라지며, 기기 데이터가 삭제되면 남은 수량을 복구할 수 없습니다. 게임 내 상품은 현금 가치가 없고 양도·거래할 수 없습니다. 아이템은 일반전 전용이며 랭킹(오늘의 도전)에서는 쓸 수 없습니다.

4. 광고

앱에는 광고가 포함됩니다. '광고 제거'는 판 사이 전면 광고를 없애며, 보상형 광고는 이용자가 원할 때만 봅니다.

5. 랭킹과 금지 행위

랭킹 점수는 서버가 입력 기록을 다시 재생해 계산한 값만 인정합니다. 앱·통신 변조, 자동 조작 프로그램, 서버 공격, 취약점 악용, 역설계 등 공정한 이용을 해치는 행위를 금지하며, 적발 시 기록 삭제·랭킹 제외 등의 조치를 할 수 있습니다.

6. 서비스 변경·중단

게임 규칙·밸런스·콘텐츠는 업데이트로 바뀔 수 있으며, 랭킹 서버는 점검·장애로 일시 중단될 수 있습니다. 서비스를 종료할 때는 앱 또는 이 페이지에 미리 알립니다.

7. 책임의 제한

운영자는 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서, 이용자의 기기 문제·통신 장애·스토어 사정 등 운영자의 책임이 아닌 사유로 생긴 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 소비자에게 보장되는 법적 권리는 이 약관으로 제한되지 않습니다.

8. 약관 변경

약관을 바꿀 때는 시행일과 함께 이 페이지에 게시합니다.

1. The service

Doodle Musou (the "app") is a game where you fight with weapons you draw. By installing or using the app you agree to these terms. Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

2. Guest play

You play as a guest without an account; progress and purchases are stored on your device. Weapons and items stored on the device may not be recoverable after deleting the app, changing devices or resetting device data. Non-consumable products (new weapons, colour packs, skins, weapon slots, Remove Ads) can be recovered with "Restore purchases" on the same store account.

3. Paid products

Payments are processed by Google Play / the App Store at the price shown there. Refunds follow each store's refund policy. Consumable items (boosters, potions) are used up when used, and remaining quantities cannot be recovered if device data is deleted. In-game products have no cash value and cannot be transferred or traded. Items work in normal battles only, not in ranked play (Daily Challenge).

4. Ads

The app contains ads. "Remove Ads" removes full-screen ads between battles; rewarded ads only play when you choose to watch them.

5. Ranking and prohibited conduct

Only scores that the server re-computes from your input log count on the leaderboard. Tampering with the app or its traffic, bots, attacking the server, exploiting vulnerabilities, reverse engineering and other conduct that undermines fair play are prohibited and may lead to removal of records or exclusion from rankings.

6. Changes and interruptions

Rules, balance and content may change with updates, and the ranking server may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or outages. If the service ends, we will announce it in advance in the app or on this page.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for losses caused by reasons outside its responsibility, such as device problems, network failures or store issues. Nothing in these terms limits the statutory rights you have as a consumer.

8. Changes to these terms

Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

利用規約 — 落書き無双

1. サービス

落書き無双（以下「本アプリ」）は、自分で描いた武器で戦うゲームです。本アプリをインストールまたは利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。個人情報の取り扱いはプライバシーポリシーに従います。

2. ゲスト利用

アカウント登録なしのゲストとして利用し、記録と購入内容は端末に保存されます。アプリの削除・機種変更・端末データの初期化により、端末内の武器やアイテムは復元できない場合があります。非消費型の商品（新しい武器、カラーパック、スキン、武器ボックスの枠、広告削除）は、同じストアアカウントで「購入を復元」から取り戻せます。

3. 有料商品

有料商品の決済はGoogle Play／App Storeで行われ、価格はストアに表示された金額に従います。返金は各ストアの返金ポリシーに従います。消費型アイテム（ブースター、回復薬）は使用するとなくなり、端末データを削除した場合は残数を復元できません。ゲーム内の商品に現金価値はなく、譲渡・売買はできません。アイテムは通常バトル専用で、ランキング（今日のチャレンジ）では使えません。

4. 広告

本アプリには広告が含まれます。「広告削除」でバトル間の全画面広告はなくなります。リワード広告は利用者が見たいときだけ表示されます。

5. ランキングと禁止行為

ランキングのスコアは、サーバーが入力記録を再生して計算したものだけを認めます。アプリや通信の改ざん、自動操作プログラム、サーバーへの攻撃、脆弱性の悪用、リバースエンジニアリングなど公正な利用を損なう行為を禁止し、発覚した場合は記録の削除やランキングからの除外などの措置をとることがあります。

6. サービスの変更・中断

ゲームのルール・バランス・内容はアップデートで変わることがあり、ランキングサーバーはメンテナンスや障害で一時的に停止することがあります。サービスを終了する場合は、アプリまたはこのページで事前にお知らせします。

7. 責任の制限

運営者は、法令で認められる範囲で、端末の不具合・通信障害・ストアの事情など運営者の責に帰さない事由による損害について責任を負いません。消費者として法律上保障される権利は本規約によって制限されません。

8. 規約の変更

本規約を変更する場合は、施行日とともにこのページに掲載します。
